Overview

ISO 10002 is a guideline for the establishment/operation of an efficient complaint handling system, which is the basis of client satisfaction management.
This standard provides for the establishment of a customer-centric environment in which feedback can be received (including complaints), the resolution of each complaint received, and the fulfillment of management commitments to improve customer service.
